Pregnancy and childbirth are both normal and natural processes that your body intuitively understands and moves through. In this class we will work to tap into your intuition, listening to your body and helping you feel comfortable both mentally and physically during this transformational time. Classes will focus on opening hips, relieving back pain and strengthening the body in preparation for childbirth and beyond. Taught in an open and welcoming environment, this class is a safe and free space for inquiry and discussion, as well as a place to relax and let go. Ideal for all levels of practitioner from brand new beginners to lifelong yogis who are curious about modifying a vigorous practice through the stages of pregnancy.
