It’s time for some SELF care! Taking time to nurture yourself and your new body is essential to caring for your baby and family. In Post Partum Yoga you will work to relieve tension in your neck and shoulders, stretch out your spine and give yourself time to relax. Each class will include a full range of movement through your body, working on strength as well as relaxation to help you become comfortable and connected to this new body. Mamas 6 weeks post partum and beyond are welcome, along with their babies. Class structure will be open to breaks and time for personal rest and/or nursing when needed.
