Intermediate ZoomDance is an older-kid version of ZoomDance with a focus on exploring new movement ideas. This class will be high energy, joyful, creative, and a ton of fun. We will start to push the edges of dancing the spectrum from wild abandon to careful details, and we'll work on connecting these movements in to full dances. Over the course of the session, children will develop agility, coordination, rhythm, and balance through a dynamic range of actions. There is an emphasis on creativity and building confidence through songs, stories, and performance. When acting out a new story each week, our teachers will encourage students to offer their own ideas too. Grown ups are invited in on the last day to see what we've been working on.

Note* Kids need to wear comfortable clothes that allow a wide range of movement. All dancers will be barefoot so we can do our fastest cheetah runs without slipping. No previous experience necessary, everyone is welcome!
