Real talk: being a new mom can be really difficult. Sometimes your emotional health takes a major hit from the hormonal changes, sleep deprivation and major transition that occurs during the 4th trimester. This group is for new moms who are struggling with feelings of sadness, anxiety, and intrusive and scary thoughts that you may feel like you can't share with anyone. Come share about what has been hard for you during your time as a new mom and learn how to improve postpartum depression or anxiety symptoms you are experiencing. This group is led by a licensed clinical social worker who is trained in helping parents with postpartum mood and anxiety disorders.
