"Breastfeeding + Chestfeeding 101," a comprehensive two hour workshop, covers the basics of milk production, how to know that your baby is getting enough, proper positioning and latch for successful nursing, possible complications and their resolutions, common breastfeeding misconceptions, and information on storing and expressing milk.  Individual concerns are also addressed and techniques and tips to ease the nursing relationship are shared.
