Postpartum Strength Series (4 week series)

With a focus on core strength and a conditioned pelvic floor, this series is appropriate for any postpartum person whether your child is 8 weeks or 8 years! Using functional movement and BirthFit!™ techniques, participants will learn how to find their neutral pelvis (essential for pelvic floor “strength”) and a progression of mat and standing exercises that will bring stability and confidence to your core. While not a traditional Mommy & Me class, you are welcome to bring your non-crawling infant.

+ $55 for 4 week series (Tuesdays - July 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th)

+ pre-registration required

+ please have a doctor’s clearance to start normal physical activity; instructor is happy to provide more detail on instruction if helpful for clearance.
