3 Week Core Restore Series

This is a comprehensive 3 week series for mamas who are ready to reconnect with their abdominal muscles and help repair diastasis recti and other common issues. We'll blend barre, pilates, stretching, and functional fitness into a full body workout.

This class is appropriate for all postnatal stages---whether six weeks, six years, or six decades postpartum!

+ $60 per person (three week series - December 5th, 12th, and 19th)
