real talk: being a new mom can be really difficult. sometimes your emotional health takes a major hit from the hormonal changes, sleep deprivation and major transition that occurs during the 4th trimester. all new parents struggle with the shift to parenthood, but most don't feel like that have a space to talk about it. the goal of this group is to create a safe space to process the changes, how they have affected your mental health, and to provide you with coping skills and strategies for how to manage the transition. this group is led by a licensed clinical social worker who is trained in helping parents with postpartum mood and anxiety disorders.
