Yoga for Childbirth: A Series for Parents/Birth Partners (4 week series)

This four-week series will focus on helping partners prepare for birth with breath work, asana (poses) and relaxation techniques. We will work with massage, counter pressure and talk about touch as a way to provide comfort and support progress of labor. We will work with movement, positions and breath work that will help people prepare physically and mentally for birth. Anatomy of the pelvis and pelvic floor conditioning will be discussed.

+ $120 for four-week series (Wednesdays - June 19th, 26th, July 3rd, 10th)
