Yoga for Birth: Practical Tools for Labor

We will learn how to use breath as a tool for mind and body, to support and ease fear. Birth partners will learn to use hands-on techniques to offer support and comfort. We will practice positions and see how breath and posture can be used to encourage the progress of labor, ease pain, and impact the pelvic floor. This workshop is for couples or birthing person and support person, though if you would like to attend solo, please email and accommodations will be made.

+ 55 per couple / $45 individual

+ pre-registration required, minimum of three participants needed to hold class.
